nailseaunited Football Club
Nailsea United Football Club was established in 1897, and have called The Grove their
home since 1946. They have several teams, from a first team to a veterans team; and
since 2006 have had a ladies team which has advanced rapidly through the leagues.
Off the field, the club has a vibrant social scene, and despite its considerable size, is a friendly, unified and welcoming club that values the importance of fun as well as performance for all of its players and members, regardless of ability, age or gender.

The Grove has four affiliated clubs/groups, that have been at The Grove since it’s inception.
Nailsea Table Tennis club
Nailsea Table tennis Club offer table tennis facilities and coaching for competition
or leisure. The club has around 50 members, and is one of the biggest clubs in the
Matches are played Monday through to Friday, club social and training nights are Monday and Tuesday. Coaching takes place for junior members on Saturday mornings with an ETTA accredited professional coach. The coaching team are all CRB checked and fully insured.

Grove Preschool offers education in term time for 3 & 4 year olds at The Grove, with
direct access to an enclosed outside area and enclosed garden; also using the playing
fields for larger physical play, nature walks etc. The staff have several years of
experience working in this long established group.
The preschool were judged to be Outstanding in their Ofsted Inspection and also received the Bristol Standard for Early Years.
